The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget for 2009" (re Repayment of Debts of the Coal-Mines for the Consumed Electricity)

The Law determines the sources of payment for the current consumption of electricity and repayment of debts for electricity by the coal-mines to be liquidated (coal-mines of the third category).

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 5395.
